Carolina was born and raised in Northridge, graduating from Monroe High School’s Law and Government Magnet before attending Mount Saint Mary’s College. Over the years, she developed her intuitive and innovative style of service through key roles in industries such as hotel hospitality, venues, LAUSD, the nonprofit sector, community service, and event planning. It was while working in property management for an affordable housing program that she decided she wanted to expand her real estate experience. So, she began working as a broker’s assistant before obtaining her real estate license in 2017. Since then, she’s been making residential dreams come true, though she’s also assisted in sensitive land purchases as well.
For Carolina, there’s a lot to love about real estate. She never tires of seeing new places or faces, enjoying her travels while fostering connections with her clients. She loves introducing people to their dream properties with her trademark friendliness.
As the vocalist of an acoustic duo and an avid public speaker, Carolina is never shy, tapping into this expressiveness often in her real estate career. In her free time, she loves to use her imagination, often employing writing as a favored outlet. She also enjoys getting out into the world, whether that be through a nature hike or travel.
